St. Robert of Newminster Youth Group was originally scheduled to be one of our “alternate spring break” mission groups but pandemic protocols in their diocese prohibited out of state travel. Delayed but not cancelled is their motto! They were our final summer mission group this year and we were able to host them! Group coordinator, Michael Renauer brought a small group and with a little help from a couple of folks from the Louisville, KY area, they were able to complete some of the deck staining jobs that other groups did not have time to complete. They also replaced an outside door, built a porch and steps and installed gutters for a couple of well deserving families! They have already scheduled their group for our 2022 ALTERNATE SPRING BREAK season and we will be excited to see them again!
